Commercial Snow Removal Services

Our Services

Snow Plowing

We match the equipment to the property. Heavy loaders, skid steers, plow trucks, specialty attachments — whatever your site requires, we own it and stage it before the storm. Every piece of equipment is under warranty and replaced every year. That matters because substandard plows leave slush and ice behind. Ours don’t.

Deicing Services

We pre-salt before winter weather events to reduce ice buildup and apply deicing materials afterward to support safer walking and driving surfaces. Our team evaluates the site, the forecast, and the surface type before deciding what goes down where. Parking lots, drive lanes, sidewalks, and high-traffic areas each get treated to keep your property accessible during changing conditions. Most slip-and-falls happen when there’s less than half an inch of snow on the ground, often during refreeze. Keeping an eye on refreeze conditions after an event is just as important!

Sidewalk Clearing

Walkways, entrances, stairs, ramps, and curbs need a different approach than a parking lot. We send dedicated hand crews for the detail work and run specialized sidewalk machines for longer sidewalks. Deicing is part of the same visit. We don’t leave a cleared sidewalk that’s about to ice over. Your employees and customers can walk in safely from the time the first flake falls until the last pile melts.

Snow Relocation

When your on-site storage area fills up, accumulation starts cutting into parking, blocking fire lanes, hiding drainage, and limiting visibility at intersections. We relocate snow to a designated area on your property chosen specifically to avoid blocking entrances, walkways, fire lanes, and drainage paths. When there’s no room left on site, we haul it off. This helps you keep operating through extended winters and back-to-back storms.

Snow Melting

When plowed snow piles start limiting visibility, taking up parking spots, and restricting traffic flow, our snow melting service clears the space. It also stops the runoff and refreeze problems that come with piles sitting on your property for weeks. We use snow melting when relocation or off-site hauling isn’t the most practical option, usually on tight sites where there’s nowhere left to put snow.

Our Technology

Weather Forecasting & Reporting

We track storms using multiple professional weather services, giving us the accuracy we need to perform snow and ice removal efficiently during critical weather windows. We also partner with Weather Works, a third-party certified meteorologist, who provides independent reporting to every customer. After each storm, we can deliver certified snowfall totals for your area and cumulative totals for the season.

GPS & Asset Management

Every vehicle runs GPS tracking with updates every 10 seconds so we know where each truck is in real time. This eliminates the need to interrupt field crews with unnecessary calls and allows us to monitor start and stop times, fuel consumption, and idle time. It also helps us schedule preventive maintenance and gives us a clear record of employee activity and job completion on every property.

Paperless Time Tracking

Every employee clocks in and out electronically. That data feeds directly into payroll and job costing, so we pay accurately and track costs by site. It also provides immediate visibility into who’s on a property and what service they’re performing.
